"I really enjoyed hearing the story from Hardin’s perspective. The majority of the story is a sorry we’ve already heard…however hearing Hardin’s thoughts on specific events that shaped Tessa and Hardin’s relationship is an added bonus. You also will get perspectives from characters such as Natalie, Molly, Melissa, and Steph (before Hardin met Tessa) and more backstory on their relationship with Hardin. You’ll also get perspectives from Zed, Landon, Christian, and Smith..which I think was the best part. "

"I loved getting to see Hardin’s perspective of the first book and seeing just how much he changed in just those few first months. I also thought the extra pov’s were interesting. However I thought that there were parts left out that should’ve been included to not make parts of the story so confusing"

"I skimmed through most of it because ALMOST ALL OF IT IS JUST A REHASHING OF THE FIRST BOOK. Ugh. I enjoyed the chapters but were different, but there was seriously no reason for this to be its own book. I loved After Ever Happy, so I wish I would have just stopped there & not read Before."
