"Coming from someone who isn’t a big fan of romance novels, I absolutely fell in love with this book! I had many different emotions while reading and would definitely read it again!"

"Omg I zipped through this book real quick. This book drew me in IMMEDIATELY!! I loved the storyline and how everything was revealed at the end and perfectly tied together. Honestly so satisfying. I also always love books with dual POV. I truly enjoyed experiencing both life stories of Declan and Juliet. I found Declan to be annoying and cringe at times but could appreciate why he acted the way he did. You end up empathizing with the characters. I honestly loved this book! It hit me deep in my heart at certain moments. Really makes you feel every emotion. This read is definitely at the top for me! Told myself this would be the last YA book I read bc it seems I’m just outgrowing it and makes me feel like a teen again (ew) when I read books w/ characters still in high school. Nonetheless, I actually highly recommend it <3 "
"SCREAMS. INTENSELY. I loved every single little minute detail within this book.

2023 - Kemmerer does such a beautiful job bringing loss, self loathing, and healing together in this novel. I feel so connected to Juliet and her grief. I think her and Declan compliment each other perfectly and show two very different life stories connected by unimaginable grief. You can’t help but empathize for these two kids who feel so alone."

"It was a great book and it is a slow burn but the only romantic interaction the charters have is at the end of the book but otherwise it’s really good ❤️"
