"What a book, it started slow but the ending half is exactly what I wanted from it. The conclusion is thrilling in every since of the world. Darrow’s character development over the course of this trilogy is one of the best every written. I think most guys are a little in love with Mustang. 26/30 "

Wow what a trilogy! I know there is more to this series but I'm pretty satisfied with that ending. This had the love and friendship of book one, the epic space battles of book two and an epic revolution in this final part of the trilogy. There is more to come but I will sit with this one for now."

"I hated the beginning it made me cry a few times. And then I didn’t like Sevro anymore but thankfully that was just in the beginning. SPOILERS after here: I honestly had to give myself a little bit of spoilers to keep going near the end because I truly thought Sevro was dead. But im happy with how things turned out. I was also really surprised with the ending. It was really satisfying and it makes me excited to read the next book.
Edit: I changed this from 4 stars to 5 star because even now months later I’m still thinking about it. I honestly think about this one more than the second one. "

"1st reread<br/><br/>Morning Star, the navigator. A new book has emerged in the series so I thought I would freshen up. I swear every time I think I remember what happened Pierce Brown blows my mind again. This series is seriously epic. You can't take it all in with just one read.<br/><br/>The Red Rising Saga is about war and the horrors it entails but the singular thing that keeps me going even when hope is lost, is the comradery. The bonds these people share. Victra kept on wiggling into my heart. Her fierce determination and loyalty warmed me. And who couldn’t love Ragnar especially paired with Sevro. Some of the most memorable scenes are them all bickering like family. It makes me wish I could join in. (Howl)<br/><br/>With war sometimes comes false media. One of the most horrific things to me if I am to be honest. Easily turning people on each other and destroying a society from within. So even with all the humor and fun the book was equally horrible. Many twists and turns, triumphs and losses. <br/><br/>War ages a person so we often forget how young Darrow is. He forgets himself and where he comes from. That all slaves are united. He let fear reach him and became selfish for an instant and it cost him. But that's what draws me to Darrow. He is not perfect, he is not the best, but he is a natural born leader. Darrow sees, he listens, he calculates. He might forget his way from time to time but he doesn't forget the people who got him there.<br/><br/>These characters feel like my friends, so proud, loyal, people I would die for who would die for me. It's a crazy feeling after reading and coming back to reality. I thoroughly enjoy this series never knowing where it might take me. The world and character building continue to go above and beyond almost as if I watched this on screen instead of reading it. Honor sometimes gets lost in real life but to have a leader like Darrow who you want to follow, who holds nothing back, who takes the punishments and failures with you. That is how the world should be that would be someone I could follow."

"It took me a long time to finish this book due to life and stuff. However, this book is brutal. Once you think you’ve read the craziest most violent act; there’s a one upper awaiting around the corner. Great twist, epic battles, and insane dialogue, banter between enemies. "

Still kind of up in the air about that but the way this book had me gripping my tootsies and shaking like I was in the battles right with them! Overall this book made me feel literally every emotion in varying multitudes, I will probably never shut up about this ******* series. That smug lil bitch pierce knew what he was doing with this series, can’t wait to see what else this series has to offer"

"I'm not usually a fan of those kinds of endings but it worked really well since it mirrored the themes woven from the beginning. It actually reminds me of how movies are written. I dont know if I'll continue because the ending was almost too closed for me. I dont care really about how they build the world but that they won it. "
