This more than likely doesn't exist as a genre of its own. Not yet anyway. LOL, but I'm really looking for something kind of specific yet out there. And that is martial arts movies with heavy steampunk elements.

JojoAndrea, this is such a deep cut! I'm still bummed that to this day, it hasn't been picked up and expanded on. When I tell you I'm such a massive fan of this that's actually an understatement because I really don't know any other words to explain how big of a fan I am of this kind of material. Especially the comic!
