What is it YOU like about/in a sci-fi book? The characters, technology, setting, etc...? Do you like the intrepid, adventurous ideals of space travel and exploration? Do you prefer it to use a slightly different scientifically fantastical setting to explore themes effecting individuals, society, and humanity today? Do you just like spaceships, lasers, robots, and who cares why? This is not a judgy question. This is not a right/wrong post. Just curious what others see in it.
