"loved this book! super fun read. i read it in less than a day and couldn’t put it down. it’s a mythical twist on a classic fairytale, without being childish (language and mature scenes). the prince is snarky and sarcastic which i love, and embers sharp tongue makes her a great match for him. i LOVE fake dating, and this book delivered that trope quite nicely. parts of the book are similar to cinderella (glass shoes, love at first sight, blue dresses) but it isn’t so alike that it’s predictable."
