The Other Typist - Likewise Book Reviews
"The 1920s is my favorite time period so when I saw this book I just had to read it! I thought the author did a very good job of transporting the reader back to the 1920s and coaxing it back to life like a time warp. The main characters have you torn and battling with yourself; you begin to love Odalie and want to become BFFs with her but at the same time you hate her for skirting around the truth and how needy and desperate Rose is but you feel pity for her. And then the ending! I keep playing it over in my head and trying to piece together moments in the book. It's very frustrating because the author only hints at a twist in the end but does not fully admit to it. I would love to discuss the ending with someone before it drives me crazy!"
