The Brothers: John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, and Their Secret World War - Likewise Book Reviews
"Unfortunately, this book, while occasionally interesting, is simply too long. And its too long because it's two central people are incredibly shallow. There's nothing deep or complicated about the Dulles brothers. They typify the straight, wealthy white men that they were...two people who were given every advantage in life and believed that they understood the world and were always right. And this truth is found in every page of this book. The author lays bare their flaws, but then says not to vilify them. But they should be vilified, as they exemplify the type of person who has caused so much trouble in the world throughout history."
