"Pretty standard set up for a fake boyfriend situation. I just... Really don't like the MMC. He's a douche. And yes, he "changes" when he realizes what he could have with the FMC. But, I don't buy it. Also, a line really bugged me as a scientist. He says something along the lines of having sex with the FMC changed his DNA and now she's in there. There's just so much wrong with that that it threw me right out of the story lol"
