"The writing was very good, the **** was also good. It was very consistent and has very beautiful gore and imagery. Comparable to Haunting Adeline and I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for something similar, however, it’s a little less violent with the sex, it’s still gives enough to satisfy I think. It made me feel the anger and sadism of the main character while also making me what to cry for her. It’s hard to find a book that is equal **** and plot but this definitely met my standards for a good dark romance. "

"This is the first Gigi Styx book I have read and I must admit, I was captivated by this book from the moment I saw the two page trigger warning lol! I was a bit intimidated at first bc it was the first time I was going to read some TWISTED ****; nonetheless I could not put this book down after I began reading. This book really isn't for the faint of heart but if super dark romance, super spicy and kinky stuff is what you like this is your cup of tea. I may need therapy after reading this haha but I loved the book regardless."
