Meet the Kings of Sin . . . The must-read billionaire romance from the bestselling author of the Twisted series. Read King of Wrath now for a steamy arranged marriage romance. She's the wife he never wanted . . . and the weakness he never saw coming. Ruthless. Meticulous. Arrogant. Dante Russo thrives on control, both personally and professionally. The billionaire CEO never planned to marry - until the threat of blackmail forces him into an engagement with a woman he barely knows: Vivian Lau, jewellery heiress and daughter of his newest enemy. It doesn't matter how beautiful or charming she is. He'll do everything in his power to destroy the evidence and their betrothal. There's only one problem: now that he has her . . . he can't bring himself to let her go. *** Elegant. Ambitious. Well-mannered. Vivian Lau is the perfect daughter and her family's ticket into the highest echelons of high society. Marrying a blue-blooded Russo means opening doors that would otherwise remain closed to her new-money family. While the rude, elusive Dante isn't her idea of a dream partner, she agrees to their arranged marriage out of duty. Craving his touch was never part of the plan. Neither was the worst thing she could possibly do: fall in love with her future husband. King of Wrath is a steamy arranged marriage billionaire romance. It includes explicit content and profanity. Recommended for mature readers only. *** Why fans love Ana Huang ⭐ ⭐ ⭐! 'King of Greed? "** SPOILERS **
this was like gossip girl mixed with dynasty and im totally here for it. i CANNOT believe vivians dad and the arranged marriage. i loved how you got to watch them fall in love throughout the whole thing. from the moment he first interacted with her to the part where she overheard what had actually brought them together. i loved how dante became dante instead of businessman dante with no emotional ties. im a big fan of dante now, like we need more, HELLO?!?! i can say how Vivian dealt with it bothered me like, she literally strung him along and i know what dante said was so messed up and it’s such a complex situation because all the feelings are contradicting each other. HOWEVER, girl you didn’t wanna move back in with him??? like you werent already beefing with the man for just as crappy things WHILE being in the same apartment as him…like be serious right now. that’s when i was like “viv come on…” but i can say it ended perfectly. the way he went to go get the ring his grandfather had gotten his wife at the time, rare, and just the way he had proposed was…YES. dysfunctional isn’t always a bad thing & this book is a perfect example of it.
i feel like i know this author well enough the series will continue throughout friends & im not a huge fan of that kinda thing. however i loved the ties to her other characters from other books like asher donovan and rafael. love those little easter eggs throughout series from the same author. im also afraid we’ll soon find out what dante meant about kai and why him and dante aren’t thick as thieves anymore."
"Im not gonna lie, I was hesitant about beginning with series. I had seen it first on Instagram, right before book shopping. However I’m not a primarily romance reader-But when I saw it, right there on the shelf it was calling my name. King of Wrath is the first book in the Kings of Sin series, and let me tell you, it DOES NOT disappoint!
From the moment I picked up this read, I simply couldn’t put it down! Every aspect of the book was engaging! From the characters, the setting, and the dialogue! The “in the city” setting perfectly sets the tone for a millionaire love story!
We follow our two main characters povs. Dante Russo, the Italian millionaire, and Vivian Lau! Opposites do attract as they say! However through this story you figure out that…maybe they aren’t so different after all? And that’s what I love about this story! It has that grumpy and sunshine plot. Not only that, but they learn that it’s okie to be you. Grumpy sometimes, Sunshine sometimes, and anything in between. He needed her to loosen his heart, and she needed him to help build walls around her own.
The only reason this isn’t a five, or even six star read for me, is because of the amount of spice…I knew this book was spicy going into it, however I found the concept quickly grabbing my attention! So I focused on every other aspect of this love story to review it!
This book is perfect for all kinds of readers!! Even if it’s something you don’t believe you’d enjoy! This is the perfect book to get someone on a romance kick, or to just introduce a reader to some romance! I’d recommend this book to anyone looking for a fast paced novel✨"
