"Dual POV and available on KU. This book was so hyped up and I love a college sports romance so I thought this would be my next favourite read. Unfortunately this book just didn’t do it for me. It’s poorly written and full of run on repetitive sentences and typos. It could have been 200 pages shorter and made more sense. I stopped reading at 25% and took a week away from it because I was struggling to read without editing it myself. It also felt like it was a story written about young people by someone much older based on the word choices and the characters behaviours. If you can get passed the need for another edit the story is cute and heart wrenching at times. My complaint is the entire big love story felt like it was based off of insta love on the MMCs side. Overall this will not be a book I recommend. ⭐️⭐️/5 🌶🌶/5. "

"This book was a no. As someone with siblings, I don’t think the author has any. That’s the only explanation as to why she wrote Ari and Mason’s story line and thought “this is great!!” The over protective brother act is weird and disturbing. He fought anyone who looked at his sister and told her when to go change and what to wear. Also, you’re telling me that at parties they both attended he has his eyes on his sister the whole time instead of doing his own thing? That’s just unrealistic & creepy!! I was worried for a short bit that Ari and Mason were going to have a romance, and they’re siblings. There was even a point where Cameron and Ari snuck off to another state (If I remember right, it was Florida?) without telling “the boys” because they knew they’d be mad for going without them, unsupervised.. & when Mason found out he basically told Ari (HIS TWIN) “how could you? We were supposed to go together” like that wasn’t sweet.. just plain weird. The whole friendship group was honestly unrealistic. Not to mention, Brady calling Ari “Ari baby” was really annoying. & the fact Noah never addressed it.. I’m sorry but no guy would be okay dating a women who allowed her guy best friend to call her “Ari baby”. The only realistic story line was Chase and Ari’s, and it seems like Chase was constantly bullied by Mason (Ari’s twin) and was constantly getting punched in the face over his feelings for Ari. Which again, is weird. The cussing at the beginning was an embarrassment on his own. Maybe after middle school it’s more realistic but a group of high school graduates don’t cuss or speak like that… There was a lot of unnecessary drama, which is what made this a 500 page book. I honestly did not like this book and would not recommend it. & to the author: please rewrite this to be more realistic! It has potential but the first thing you should do is make Mason & Ari’s relationship more realistic and less incest like. "
