"This book killed me! If you're thinking about reading this because you loved the movie, be prepared. The movie is set over 12 years. You handled that well, right? Well the book is set over 45 years. Yes, you did read that right. 45 years! It was pure torture reading this book because it took forever. My two favorite things from the novel was the "silence" and the Relieved Divorced Dubliners Chat room. The characters in the chat room were very interesting and don't even get me started on page 458. Like, come on, am I the only one that thought that was cute but weird? Anyway, I loved this book, though not as much as the movie. Reading the book, i imagined Lily Collins as Rosie and Sam Clafflin as Alex because they we just the perfect people to play them. I just couldn't imagine them past the age of 40. Especially Alex with gray hairs. I keep getting off topic. All in all, I definitely recommend this book if you're looking for a cute summer book, but remember what i warned you about at the beginning."

The only reason I say the movie is better because they get more time in the movie than they do the book. This book was written differently and I love how it was written. "I loved this book. It doesn't have your typical dialog. It is all letters and emails and notes. It is beautiful. You root for them and share their emotions from the first to the last page. It was waht made me want to write. I just wished the movie did this wonderful book justice. "
