Clive Staples Lewis
In the classic Mere Christianity, C.S. Lewis, the most important writer of the 20th century, explores the common ground upon which all of those of Christian faith stand together. Bringing together Lewis' legendary broadcast talks during World War Two from his three previous books The Case for Christianity, Christian Behavior, and Beyond Personality, Mere Christianity provides an unequaled opportunity for believers and nonbelievers alike to hear this powerful apologetic for the Christian faith.

"Do you have questions about morality? Why do we live in such a bad world while there are people who claim that such a good God exists? Are you struggling with your beliefs? Do you need to understand clearly the basis of what Christianity is all about? This book will do this for you. Being open-minded is key though. I love C. S Lewis and his transformation testimony. Proof that if you want to know the truth, you'll find and it's very much available to be found by you. Very thick in theology but easily understood in such a way that even if you don't confess to be a believer, you'll still take away quite a lot from the book that will do you great good. I highly recommend it to be one of the books that everyone reads in their lifetime"

"A compelling look at Christianity from the Faith’s favorite over-thinker. Lewis gets down to the meat of what does and doesn’t matter to the Christian creed, what is fundamental doctrine and what is denominational window-dressing. While it might not convert anybody, it will give Christians and non-Christians alike a deeper understanding of the Faith."

"Incredibly eye opening. I’ve learned so much and feel like this book most definitely deepened my faith, simply by being able to understand more. "
