Topic: Marcel the Shell with Shoes On
I just saw a video of Jenny Slate promoting the feature film adaptation of Marcel the Shell with Shoes On. In case you didn't know, she and her ex-husband created the character, children's books, original stop motion shorts, and feature together. In it, she states that children deserve good films, good stop motion animation, and good art. As someone raising children in an age of "Good enough for kids," I greatly appreciate Slate's attitude. Topic: The Wild Robot
https://youtu.be/AQY9pybF3EE?feature=shared This trailer seems to suffer from the opposite problem that a lot of trailers have these days. It tells me absolutely nothing about the movie except there's a robot in the wilderness. It's DreamWorks though. So I'm interested.
