I might read this, but I’m not sure. Is it a good book, or should I just ignore it? I’ve seen good reviews, but I’ve also seen people say it’s a bit bland and was just wondering what you guys think about it.

Vivian Huff I am in the same boat as you. I don’t have the answer to your question but I am also wondering if it’s worth the read.

Jessica Brann I really liked this book and even bought it in paperback- it isn't as sexually graphic as some MM romance but the story was great and I loved the audio narration. I definitely think it's worth the read-

Hailey I read it and absolutely loved it! It's hilarious, romantic with a bit of steam and so sweet your teeth will hurt, there's nothing bland about it. 😂😆

Jordan 83 It was definitely a fun read! I wouldn’t consider it bland at all because it’s set in such an exciting frame, but it didn’t necessarily expand thoroughly on the complicated plot points it was introducing (like most international implications), so it was a cute and lovable read, but it did gloss over some details that could’ve been interesting to delve into. I recommend it!

Abi McGovern I LOVE this one!! i’ve been thinking of reading it again soon when I get through a few of my TBR. I think the author did a really good job showing the struggles of the characters.

Mary Hale It was a 3 star for me. I enjoyed it but it wasn't anything to write home about. If you're a romance fan, go for it. If romance is not your jam, give it a miss.

Grace Houston I REALLY liked it - it's a little slow going at first but it's a great story and involves some great subplots. I listened to it while doing a jigsaw puzzle

Stephanie Kline I actually hated this book. It seemed as if the author tried to cram too many ideas into one story. I felt needlessly long, and every time it felt like it was ending it continued. I guess the romance was kind of cute, but it felt very insta-love for me.

Haileybughug 1125 I didn't know if I'd like it or not and then read it for 4 hours straight, staying up until 3-4 in the morning 😅 I honestly really really loved it a lot!

Haileybughug 1125 For some reason, the two main characters made me think of Draco and Harry, but that might just be me 😅😳🙈

Serena Hm at first I didn’t really want to read it because it was LGBTQ and I’m not really interested in reading those (no hate!) but honestly I hear most people loving it! I say try it anyway :)

Sarah Brown I think it will depend on how you feel about the inclusion of real, fraught political issues like immigration, Israel and waterboarding in what is otherwise a romcom. Came off really crass and clueless imo.

I AM A SURGEON I loved it, and I’m someone who has big niches of books I actually like(I’m just picky when it comes to writing style), I loved it from beginning to end, there’s my opinion ^^ I didn’t want to go into detail because I would’ve spoiled it ngl
