Ten I watched some youtubers react to the ending! I'm starting to understand it but overall I still think it's an amazing movie! No boring moments at lease for me :)

Tay Tolkien So the daughter was actually a demonic god that the grandmothers cult was trying to summon/resurrect. The boy is killed in the end to allow the god to inhabit his form (the glowing light floating around), the dead family are a sacrifice to bring the god into the world.

Jazyia Wallace My opinion on the end is like they were in some kind of cult (the parents) and daughter had something to with Idrk it was kinda confusing but if u liked this movie u should watch midsommar

Meshkat I think their god wad the corpse of his grandma ?! And then his sister and at the end it became himself but the question is why not his mom and i wondered if the previous gods were corpses . So they were gonna kill him too ?
