Hi! I have been debating whether or not to read The Second Sex. I have been wanting to read more philosophical books and I was wondering if you guys would recommend this book.

John M Frazier The book is well known and has an excellent reputation. Given the opportunity cost of reading it ( you're not reading Sartre), I would just read his Road to Freedom and be content.
