Topic: Inanna
I am not at all familiar with the epic of Gilgamesh, but I picked this book up because I like the author. Do you think I can just jump in blind, or would it be better to drop it until I’m more familiar?

Sarah I've never read this book specifically but I have learned about the epic separately and it's safe to say that it was really interesting and fun to learn about. It's also detailed and if you're reading something that talks about it a lot it would probably be better to at least get the gist of the epic beforehand so you're not left scrambling
