"This was just ok for me. Of course it’s my least favorite genre, so there’s that. It started off with a pretty cool opening scene but then turned into a Scream movie after that. Multi generational cast. This time mine was mcdreamy and 5 min of Gina Gershon. Meh. "

"This was a really fun horror movie. It had mystery and allowed for a good laugh. Thanksgiving themed as expected!"

"I wanted to like this movie so bad! I love a good holiday horror movie…but I didn’t like this one. Right from the jump I could tell how poorly written it was, with unlikeable mean spirited characters that I didn’t care about, that or they where just so bland so I ended up not carding about them either. The twist end you could smell from a mile away even if it didn’t make much sense to me considering where that character was at any given time. Anywho there was potential there but it ended up being a lazily written and poorly focused schlock. "

"A very “by the books“ slasher film with a bit of offbeat humor infused throughout. It was a gory and funny and I had the killer’s identity down before the final act. But the killer is easy on the eyes so the time it took to get ti the reveal was fine with me (wink!). Think “Scream” with a Thanksgiving theme …."

" Less Scream and more gruesome 80’s Horror like. With some gruesome kills. Some might take your appetite away for Thanksgiving dinner.
The movie is like I Know What You Did Last Summer, Thanksgiving addition. With a bigger killer count though but even a similar ending."

"I LOVED IT!!! Yall Eli Roth strikes again with this brutal holiday horror. It was super fun, well acted, with very cool and out of the box kills. It absolutely lives up to the expectedly gory Eli Roth experience. I LIVE for a new holiday themed bada$$ slasher. Man he KILLED IT. A must-see for any horror fan!!!"

𝐄𝐥𝐢 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐡 wow thank you for this 𝟖𝟎’𝐬 late 𝟗𝟎’𝐬 early 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟎’𝐬 slasher horror love letter. It’s no way you watched this film and didn’t feel that 𝟗𝟎’𝐬 nostalgia oozing out. Especially for someone like me who is a 𝟗𝟎’𝐬 baby. 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 ,𝐈 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 ,𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 all rolled up. A campy, polished, refreshing slasher gem full of mystery, suspense, self-awareness, smarts, and gruesome kills. I heard it was already renewed for a sequel and I’m ready to continue 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 gore fest. I always wanted me a horror 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 film for that season."

"This was surprisingly good. Not many slasher flicks hold up in a post Wes Craven world. I’d rather watch more like this than another Cravenless Scream. "

"Should have known better. Slasher movie and gory scenes and no there’s no twist - everything was obvious. How this ended up in the theatre is beyond me 🤷♀️"
