"This was one of the craziest and sickest documentaries I’ve seen in a long time. Anna deserved a way harsher punishment than she received. Had the roles been reversed it definitely wouldn’t have worked out this way. A black man and a white special needs victim wouldn’t have gotten out on a appeal."

"This was such an interesting documentary series! I had never heard of this trial before, and it was an interesting investigation into the series of events that led up to assault and its aftermath. It was interesting to learn about "facilitated communication" and to see how a courtroom asked a specialist to prove or disprove its effectiveness. Overall, this was an interesting documentary on a subject that doesn't receive a lot if recognition in general, and I think that it was incredible to reveal these insights to the public. "

"I’ve always thought that there was something off with assisted communication. It’s too easy for the person controlling the hand of the disabled person to at least suggest their own ideas over any thoughts or ideas that may be coming from the patient. A line was defiantly crossed when the relationship got sexual. Do I think she deserved jail? No. But as the educated person in the relationship she should have identified how wrong it was. I love that she grew up viewing handicapped people as normal functioning people, but she romanized their relationship in her head somehow and took it way too far imo. "

"Possible trigger warning for SA...I mean wow! Idk what to say about this besides it's a great documentary. Very intriguing and also shows some of the best of people's behavior as well as some of the absolute worst. The story of a young man with autism and unable to speak and a professor who helps him while doing so committed some Acts of sexual nature and begins a huge criminal trial from there. Makes you feel really bad for people who are impaired and the sick people who would think about getting over on them. "
