As bass guitarist for a garage-rock band, Scott Pilgrim has never had trouble getting a girlfriend; usually, the problem is getting rid of them. But when Ramona Flowers skates into his heart, he finds she has the most troublesome baggage of all: an army of ex-boyfriends who will stop at nothing to eliminate him from her list of suitors.

"It's a pretty fun and enjoyable movie, especially with all of the old style video game effects."

"The best video game movie to ever come to theaters without being an actual adaptation. "

"I love the comics and I love the movie, they truly belong together..actually the video game too.. But I digress..this movie is insanely watchable with Edger Wrights punchy editing, clever writing, and really good music. I know most of the characters suck and they are all up their own asses but you can’t help but like them, and even root for them! "

"This movie has so many memorable scenes! Edgar Wright is a master of visual storytelling. The way he directs the camera and how he frames the shots is intentional and calculated. A tremendous amount of humor is created through the shots themselves, rather than the dialogue."

"So my brother went and saw this in theaters without me when it first came out. He loved it and I begged and begged for him to take me to see it. I was 13 when it came out. I loved it the first time I watched it. It was just so out there you know; so unique and original. I’ve seen it a few times since and still enjoyed it. Having just watched it again, it just no longer holds the appeal. It’s just weird and kind of boring now. Maybe it’s because I’m adult now. I don’t know. I’m still gonna give the cartoon on Netflix a chance, but I just don’t think it’s my thing anymore. "
