"I'm going to assume this movie is wildly different from the games, but standing apart from those I thought it was okay. It reminds me a lot of the 2018 Tomb Raider movie. It could have been done a lot worse, but it should have been done better in other areas. "

"Reminiscent of the Indiana Jones movies, including the bloodless violence and implied off screen deaths. Not that this is a bad thing but way different than our current gross out/realistic phase we’re in. Great chemistry between Holland and Wahlberg. Just a big dumb fun as hell movie. "

"I don’t know if I’m remembering this wrong, but I recall a lot of people being hypercritical of this movie and honestly…. I don’t think it’s deserved. This movie is FUN. I felt like I was watching a buddy cop film only with treasure and tropical locations. Mark Wahlberg and Tom Holland work pretty fantastically together. Their push and pull really drove the movie forward. I also really enjoyed seeing Tati Gabrielle in this film. I loved her in CAOS and she really nailed the villain role. I was honestly sad to see her go. This is not an award winning film by any means, but it entertained me and left me wanting more. Oh, and gave me hot bartender Tom Holland. Can’t ask for more than that! "
