"The music is what kept me interested in this film. Its the Tarzan adventure with the Disney treatment. Fun but not a favorite. "

"I didn't grow up on Disney, so I've been slowly going through their catalog of animated movies. Tarzan is the only one so far i regret not seeing sooner. First off, the animation is otherworldly! Several times during the movie I audibly gasped or said "Wow!" simply because the Deep Canvas tech was implemented perfectly. This might be the best looking Disney film. Full stop. Jane is a wonderful character. She's incredibly smart, nerdy as hell, and follows her heart. I don't know how they managed to give her so much chemistry with a man who hardly talks throughout the film, but they nailed it. I really struggle to find anything wrong with this movie, and I'm an incredibly picky person when it comes to Disney's catalogue. "

"If Disney ever wanted to compete with the visuals of prince of Egypt, this is it. Deep canvas looks amazing, the lineart is beautiful, Phil Collins batted the soundtrack out of the park. I’m still amazed they made a movie this good out of such awful source material. Jane is probably my favorite of the love interests from the last 100 years. I love talkative nerds."
