"This is probably my all time favorite horror movie. It jump started, if not perfected, the horror/comedy genre. Samara Weaving is perfect and deserved an Oscar. It’s absolutely hilarious. With some of the gory-ist, grossest, blood and guts this side of Ash Vs Evil Dead. And, unless you saw it in its initial run, or paid to rent it, you’ve never seen it. This is only the second time I’ve seen it. And I know I’ve spent at least the past two plus years looking for it on various services. Finally found it on FXM, whatever that is, but that I get with my YouTubeTV subscription. Perfect movie for the season. "

"Funny and weird but in a good way it was a good movie"

"I don't know that this is a common theme but I do know this isn't the first movie I've seen with this general storyline: couple gets married and immediately after, one has to fight for their life against the family they married into. Or just in general having women fight in wedding dresses is for some reason appealing. As implied, this movie doesn't really bring anything too new to the table, just a twist of details, but nonetheless it was fun to watch and ultimately that's the goal, yeah? My favorite part was the ending, I think they did a good job of pacing the story and this felt like a nice bow on top. 7/10 "

"I don’t know I had very high hopes for this. But it really let me down. I did enjoy the mansion setting. And the storyline with the main character overall all. But it’s a lot of nothing and dialogue that doesn’t really matter, with the other family members. I also didn’t really like how every time someone finds her it’s usually quick or underwhelming. A lot of the time its really just her freaking out a lot. And I think overall it’s a normal response her reaction. I think the tone of the movie didn’t really fit with the overall plot. Okay movie"
