"Well-acted & sorta interesting— it’s just that the scenery never changes, as the movie takes place in only one setting or location: inside a house (well, the living room, the back patio, the bedroom, & the kitchen) and that’s it… so the movie seems to drag at times. 🤷♀️ "

"It mainly takes place all in one setting, yet the dialogue and characters make is so intriguing "

"Watched this a while back. I remember it as very well acted though the singular setting can make things drag "

"I watch this movie 1-3 times per week no exaggeration. I do have the whole thing memorized. I love the cast. I love seeing where our community comes from. It is a terrible comfort movie because it can be very upsetting, but it is my go-to always."

"Definitely a very strange film since a majority of it was filmed in the main characters living room showing flashback scenes. After watching I had to think a little bit about what I just watched since Jim Parsons got very heated at one point. The story has a deep message which is why it takes a minute to process. Highly recommend! "

"This movie keeps you on your toes and pulls you into the story. The characters are very life like and the actors have a large rang. The actors physical and emotional chemistry is also amazing."

"I love love love the entire scene between Hank and Larry, but the beauty of the final scene never leaves my mind!! I’m currently annotating the original script! What about you?"

"This movie was so good! Casts actual gay actors such as Robin de jesus and Jim Parsons! It handles toxic masculinity and internalized homophobia very well and the acting is everything."

"I bet the play was amazing to watch, but it just doesn't seem adaptable to film. The live theatre gives this story more life."
