"This is a fun ensemble casted film. There is a fair amount of drama, but the ending fell flat."

"If the popularity of Knives Out gives us more movies like this, I’m all in. Wonderfully comic whodunnit. Great cast and probably my favorite Saoirse Ronan role ever. Really fun. "

"This is a very clever film!! I adore nothing more than when I can tell that a filmmaker had a blast while making a movie, and every scene showcased that in this one. I loved how the opening was narrated by the murder victim. I truly didn’t expect it. I also loved the elements of foreshadowing. It was intelligently done but it wasn’t obvious! I especially enjoyed how the ending was a carbon copy of Leo’s pitch for the Mousetrap ending. It was funny how the script and directing poked fun at the whodunnit genre, but still showed respect to it. My favorite thing about this film though was the wide eyed bushy tailed pupil and jaded grumpy mentor dynamic between Stalker (Ronan) and Stoppard (Rockwell). They were so entertaining. Really the whole cast was amazing but I just eat up anything Saoirse Ronan does. 10/10 recommend!"

"How had I not heard of this until it was out in theaters? There was zero marketing for this film but it was delightful. This is a goofy, sincere whodunnit murder mystery with clever writing and engaging editing!"

"Not horrible though expectations fell a bit flat given Saoirse Ronan, Sam Rockwell, Adrien Brody, and Ruth Wilson are in it. Saoirse and Sam have good chemistry... but I think the story drags on too long. If you're lonely, it's good company."

"8.5/10 Very much fun. Agatha Christie is wildin’ both literally and literature-ly. This movie randomly started playing in our hotel room and I am very thankful, I had been meaning to watch it for months. It’s a great who-dunnit satire that is very self aware and entertaining. The start was kind of slow, but once it gets going, it’s full on crazy. Lots of twisty bits. Lots of laugh"

"A witty self-caricature. I thoroughly enjoyed this. You’ll be hard pressed to find a whodunit that I don’t like. I didn’t expect but very much liked the real life aspects woven into the story. "

"Brilliant movie! We loved it! British comedy with a kick. It's a whodunit with the doofy detective. Kind of old and new in the same time. I recommend 👌 #whodunit #mystery "

"felt like watching wes anderson get sh!tfaced. i called it on who the murderer was twenty minutes into the movie. even though i just finished it, i can barely tell you the plot.
i think it needed 20 minutes trimmed off, 5 less characters (unlike knives out, they dont establish or develop their characters strongly enough beyond the female police officer whose name i can't remember) and a chopstick to check if it's actually cooked all the way though."
