Alex AblerethI cannot recommend the first three books in this series enough, but this book takes a wildly angular turn in vibe, content, and growth arc. I was never able to finish it - it goes from a feel good story rooting on a character who is flawed but worth believing in, has noble goals, , etc and watching her grow and develop@into a deeply creepy and somewhat strange piece. Read with your guard up.
