amelialeonaIt has been over a year since I read this book and it still lives in my mind rent free. It is one of my absolute favorites! The atmosphere, the characters, the plot line, everything! It sucks you in. Of course it’s taboo and not for everyone, but I ate it up and contemplate doing a reread daily just to live in their world again.
amelialeonaI had no idea what to expect out of this, but I couldn’t put it down. The story was addicting. I’ll definitely read more from this author.
amelialeonaThese characters have a hook in me. I can’t wait to read about Joey and Aoife next!
amelialeonaThis was the easiest five stars I’ve given in awhile. It’s one of those that I’m mad I didn’t read sooner. I know this is classified as young adult, but it didn’t feel that way at all reading it. I’m 34 and absolutely devoured this. It’s 600+ pages, where usually I would get bored, but I kept on needing more. It almost has a Mariana Zapata slow burn feel to it. It definitely leaves at a cliffhanger though, so now I’ll have to jump into the second 600+ page book in the series. I can’t wait, I need more Johnny and Shannon.
amelialeonaBJ and Magnolia, get your **** together!!!!!!

Talk about Gossip Girl nostalgia. These two are so dysfunctional and toxic for each other, but at the same time, meant to be together. They are an absolute train wreck that I can’t look away from.

“How’s the weather, Parks?”
“******.”

“Everything wonderful, everything magical, everything painful, everything beautiful and spectacular and wretched and defining that has happened to me happened with him. And I hate him for that.”

“I’ll die in her arms or at her doorstep trying to get back into them”

“Parks and me? It’s in the ******* stars”
