Claire Foltz WellsSuper engaging, entertaining, and made me happy!! I loved this movie
Claire Foltz WellsThis movie was frustrating and sad. Emotionally exhausting and the decisions made by the main character were not in character. He seemed to have devolved. All that was bad could have easily been avoided. Super frustrating to watch and 3 stars might be generous:(
Claire Foltz WellsI saw this movie in theaters, 3D, and thought it was one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen. Maybe that is what made me rate it so highly but I genuinely love this movie and ONLY have the best feelings towards it.
Claire Foltz WellsWhen people ask me what my favorite movie is, it is between this movie and La La Land. I cry every time I watch this movie, it is so so so good. I could watch it a million times. It is not often that I can say that. Usually I’m satisfied after seeing a movie once.
Claire Foltz WellsMy favorite movie. Incredible music, incredible acting, incredible story, incredible talent… all around a perfect movie.
Claire Foltz WellsThe beginning and end were the best parts. I can’t be mad at the true intention of the movie… but the middle part, the meat of the story, Maui’s song… awful haha. Just money grabs. There’s no real depth of the movie, no real consequences of anything. Things that go wrong are fixed immediately. No character development. Moana’s way-finding team was also really annoying to me except the old guy. The first one was way better.
Claire Foltz WellsWow. This might be the best movie I have ever seen. The music was incredible. The story was incredible. The ending was incredible. The characters and names of characters were perfect. There is absolutely nothing I can critique about the movie and I don’t want anyone to try and change my mind. I have never cried so much or so hard during any other movie in my life. I have never felt so much emotion during a movie. It was done absolutely perfectly. I loved that it felt so original and made with love and intention. It was completely unique and didn’t seem to try and conform to any ideologies. It felt like I was watching a passion project. Who could possibly find fault with this movie? Idk. I literally can’t seem to think of anything negative about this movie. I was pleasantly surprised by everything that I wasn’t expecting and I liked it more than I ever thought I would even after being obsessed with the trailer. Not a single other movie has made me cry… after it was over… simply because I thought about it.
