Eden BurlesonTyson was my favorite character. He was so funny! I enjoyed this book.
Eden BurlesonI enjoyed it! Very similar to Harry Potter, in my opinion. Very similar characters/plot/feel just with Greek Mythology instead of sorcery.
Eden Burleson3 1/2 out of 5 for me! Love this story. I have seen it on Broadway twice and loved it both times. I didn’t expect the “To Be Continued” end. Hopefully we will get a deeper dive into Nessa’s relationship and the relationship between the Wizard and Elphaba. Also wanting to see the continuation of Elphaba’s romance and the play into the Wizard of Oz. Cynthia played Elphaba so well in this movie. Ariana Grande definitely played the Glinda personality well! I just couldn’t get past the fact that it was Ariana Grande. It was just hard to see her as Glinda. Not her fault, just mine. Almost like she is too famous to play her. Jk, jk! Well done, cast. Hoping we get the rest of some of the songs in the second part.
Eden BurlesonA really cool depiction of the life of Christ- helps me visualize parts of it! #thechosen
Eden Burleson3 1/2. Not bad! Language is all. Started off slow though. This is the first Marvel movie I’ve ever seen. At the ripe age of 18.
Eden BurlesonLoved it! Fun elements and creative story! Definitely a new favorite.
Eden BurlesonInteresting retelling of the story. Not bad, but so rushed. The “woman empowerment” was an overkill because it took out classic aspects of the original film. Not once did a male save a female, it was alllll about Wendy and Tiger Lily. Interesting twists but poor choices.
Eden BurlesonLOVE the Will and Elizabeth features. I feel like they really downplayed Will in this one and would have liked to see it differently. Love the addition of Will’s son. Felt like the forced romance between Henry and Carina was too much though. Also didn’t really like Carina as a character.
