Honey SyrupWhen I finished the first book I was so thrilled to read this one, but the plot and the pace of the book felt so out of place and just didn’t feel like it fit. I really liked the new characters a lot, and the development of the others from the first book was really good. But I feel like the end was so sudden and just un satisfying, the plot felt very random. Unlike the first book which made me want to read more, this book left me feeling incomplete and confused.If this was a stand alone book I would definitely say it was better but it doesn’t feel like it fits into the series. Even though it wasn’t super good I still recommend reading it because there are a few good moments that I really liked. it doesn’t really feel connected to the first book, but the characters felt more built than before and overall more complete.
