Jessica TorresIt started off strong but then started to drag out. When it did start to drag it would keep you interested just enough to keep reading. Evelyn's story got repetitive however Monique's story kept me invested, I needed to know what the deal with her was.

I kept trying to figure out her story and never guessed it, the author executed that well.
Jessica TorresTakes a moment to get into and understand the lingo but it gets good, stays good and finishes out strong.
Jessica TorresI want to give it more than 5 stars this book is easily one of the top 5 best books I've ever read. If you like a book that makes your jaw drop at all the realizations on how things tie together you'll love this book. I don't like series but I really want this to be a series.
Jessica TorresThis book surprised me, I didn't think it was going to be as good as it was. There at the end I feel like a lot was packed in really fast it was a lot to take in but it was still a really good story
Robin JohnsonDefinitely adding this to my reading list. Thank you!
Jessica TorresIt's hard to get into, I picked it up and put it down 3x before I was finally like "I am going to finish this book!". Once it picked up it was hard to put down.
Jessica TorresI really liked it, there were really good quotable parts of the book. Then it kind of dragged out then it got good again
Jessica TorresThe book was ok, it definitely could have been better. The story set in the current time was so whiny and "the world is ending" because her husband cheated on her, I get it was horrible but it didn't need to be such a big part of the book. It would have been better if the author had mentioned it so it could tie in how it did later but placed more details and thought into learning about the apothecary and making new discoveries. The story set back in the past was much better I found myself looking forward to reading those portions and dreading the current one up until the end then the both got pretty good
