Peyton CohenKing has once again created a page turner of a book. He shows us the villain right from the start, but we learn more about them every time Holly, the main character, learns more. It is gruesome and terrifying. King's imagery is what keeps a reader interested. With each chapter we learn more about the why" of the crime. The use of going back and forth between years and characters, eventually leading to the same time and place gives the reader a wider view of the story. A gross, page turning, unsettling novel. 5 out of 5.
Peyton CohenI am always a sucker for more stories about the wizarding world. However, Felton's memoir was more than that. It was heartfelt, funny, personable, and sometimes bittersweet. It provides more than just behind the scenes of the biggest franchise, it's an honest take on mental health as well.
Peyton CohenI personally liked this story a bit better than the first two in the series. There was more chemistry and more insight into how Carver City works.
Peyton CohenIt was cute. Sometimes a story about Tooth Fairies is what you need.
Peyton CohenHands down one of King's best books. It is full of wonder, magic, odd characters, and King's ability to expand on another world is on another level. Fantastical is the word I would use to describe this novel. 11/10 stars.
