Phreia Von WoolfgaardThis was a fast paced thriller with an even amount of humanity and excitement. A must watch!
Phreia Von WoolfgaardThis book brought an entirely new set of eyes to parenting for me. With such kind thoughtfulness the author makes you rethink, think, and adjust your communication skills with your kids. The activities are great tools to use and experiement with. Although the first weeks of trying out the different techniques had my children acting out even more... now we are starting to see positive changes from each of them (and ourselves.) This book was an absokutely priceless read. I highly recommend this book. This book is helpful for my own parenting skills but also in addressing my own past as a child.
Phreia Von WoolfgaardOnce again, Hannah provided a fun mystery to get lost in. Each character brought their own flair to the story with Hannah's sister Andrea stealing the show as she finds her own confidence and abilities as she develops as a character. Although you have your ideas of who did it... it is a delightful surprise to discover the true culprit at the end. A real treat of the audiobook version is the narrator once again captures the feel of the characters brining her own flair to the novel. This was a fantastic read. Adding in Hannah's mysteries into my regular reads brings a really fun break from the more serious books that make it on my reading list.
Phreia Von WoolfgaardI listened to the audiobook version of this novel. I have read so much information on Napoleon Bonaparte but this was so interesting. It focused on all the main thibgs and battles we know so well but frames all of it with gardens. Before thus I never knew the scope at which Napoleon loved gardens and the way he valued them. Even if you didnt know anything about the man at all this would be a good book to read to get a feel of him. This book could be the launching point for any reader to go further in depth in the fields they are interested in. Whether it is be love of science, his politics, or his strategic thinking. My only complaint about the audiobook is that the narrator does have a less emotive voice so at times it brings a dryness.
