Rach :)10/10- despite being an old book the writing style of this book is absolutely timeless. This book kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. There was absolutely no way to predict how it ended. This is truly a book of genius.

Rach :)7.5/10- definitely the worst in the series, but not a bad book. I absolutely loved the final gambit, so coming off that high is hard to follow up. I think the two completely separate plot lines made it difficult to invest fully into one.

Rach :)9/10- this book was a super easy read, I read it in one day. It really hooks you in from the beginning and gets you invested in the characters. This book also portrays true friendship so beautifully. I wish it ended differently, otherwise I would’ve rated it higher.

Rach :)8/10- this book was really good and the plot was intriguing. While it is clearly fantasy, it’s almost realistic. It’s like the fantasy is just an extension of the real world. I would have rated the book higher if it wasn’t for the fact that the beginning was rather confusing. Too many characters were introduced too quickly and it took me about 100 pages to get everything straight. Overall it was a good read and I will likely read the sequel.

Rach :)9/10- this book was so amazing. The writing style is beautiful and reads as if it were a long prose. The storyline is mesmerizing and unique so it really draws you in. Very character driven but it still has an intriguing plot. Addie’s story is truly unforgettable.

Rach :)7.5/10- this book was really different than what I normally read, but I enjoyed it a lot. It’s a compilation of short stories that all tie together, and some of them are really sweet but heartbreaking at the same time. It’s translated from Japanese, so I think cultural differences made this book a little bit difficult to follow, but i was still able to enjoy it.

Rach :)7.5/10- this book was good but it felt really rushed. I wish they would have gone more in depth with his character, but I liked the context the book provided for the rest of the series.
