IsaI’m a fan of S.E. Hinton! Though this book has it’s dark spots, I found some little parts heart warming and funny. I absolutely love it’s characters, just like I do in Hinton’s other novels! I want to give Hawkes Harbor a chance to read again for the first time!

IsaI’m a little bit of a fan for Stephen King, so I had high hopes for this book, seeing that he liked it. I can appreciate this book with how much I find Brighton and it’s characters in my own life… meaning, after reading this book, I may not know who I’m trusting anymore…

IsaNo matter how many tricks, Tracy Whitney always outsmarts in the worst of situations. Her and her partner, Jeff Stevens, hold a special place in my heart as the most powerful con-artists duo ever. The twists kept me thinking of this book for weeks.

IsaRead it in third grade. It helped me learn more of the English language. Might revisit soon.
