Sandra AlefA love story between sisters and twin souls. Too much time is spent on this house renovation that is just a weird thruline that I could have done without. But, I love the growth and redemption of the women.

Sandra AlefFlew thru this one. The last 25%, I just cried. Laughed thru a lot of the book. I'm glad there is a follow up, because I'm really invested in Sloan being okay. Glad they got their happy ending.

Sandra AlefGreat next book. It picked up really clearly. Almost like a next chapter. You root for all of the men, and see how Elise sees the best in all of them. I found i breezed through this one and the last, ready for the next.

Sandra Alef4.5....the beginning is a bit too forced of a story. But, once the characters soften, you love their relationship. Sweet, guarded Lark and protective, kind, Lachlan. However, can we get authors to be a little more conscious of names. Lark, Lachlan, and Leander. Come on!!! Spice is spiced about the last third.

Sandra Alef3.5.... I waited too long between books, I was very confused at the beginning. Really liked the last 1/3. I definitely rooted for the Grimm, found Oro annoying (audible so excuse the spelling).

Sandra AlefEasy read that after the first 50 pages i did not want to put down. A broken system finds two people who match. The twist comes fast. Overall sweet.

Sandra Alef600 plus pages. Ebbs and flows. About 65 pages in and I was back in their world. I was not invested in Chaol or Nesryn at all, forgot about them a little with the last book. But pages 65-250 I was hooked again. So many great reveals in this book! Same story telling. Maas keeps you hooked with her relationships.

Sandra AlefYou could read this knowing nothing about Zodiac Academy and be okay. The references are minimal. The ending isn't just a cliffhanger. It's a dead stop, I turned the page looking for another chapter. I rooted for Elise so hard! And you truly root for all of the guys, too. Well, one more than the rest. I was mad I didn't have the next one on vacation with me.
