Sophia EversEveryone was preparing me to be bored by the odyssey and that I wouldn’t understand the way it was written but I feel they were very wrong. I loved the odyssey and found Odysseus’s adventures time less. The writing too I found was easier to understand than most of Shakespeare’s writing from the elizabethan era. I do 100% recommend this epic to any classic literature lover.
Sophia EversThis book had me on the edge of my seat I wasn’t expecting any of the plot twists in this book. I feel as if my jaw never closed. I actually borrowed this book from a friend to read but liked it so much I bought it for my book shelf. If you start reading this book you won’t be able to put it down mark my words it’s a good one!!!!!
Sophia EversI wanted very badly to say I got through this book without crying but Mateo’s death got me. This book was beautiful and a little too real when facing mortality. It was a little slow in the middle but the ending was so worth it I don’t even care. The author was so good and making everything be interconnected. I 100% recommend.
Sophia EversIf there were more stars I would rate this book higher. It was written beautifully and I honest to god had to look up if Evelyn Hugo was a real person or not. Did anyone else cry like a baby for the last 4 chapters? Anyway this is one of my favorite books and has made its way into my top 10 I would definitely recommend the read.
