"When I first decided to watch the reboot series, I though it wouldn’t be good, similar to G2. But, this series shot right through my expectations and delivered. Not only does this series feature a overarching plot, unlike the original series, it also brings diversity and fun to the table. When I was watching this series, I had a blast just getting to know the newer version of this world and these characters. I really enjoyed this series. The diversity was also incredible. We have multiple backgrounds from around the world being shared and explored. Such as Spanish culture, but we also have disability representation with Twyla being autistic and LGBTQ+ representation with Frankie being non-binary and Cleo and Frankie having feelings for each each other. To anyone who thinks this reboot is bad before watching, reconsider. I loved this new show and it’s characters, and even though it’s not the same as the original, it tells new stories and explores more about these characters. It even explores more body types, unlike all the “Barbie like” bodies from the original. I actually heavily enjoyed this series and reccomend it for anyone who’s looking for a good reboot, a diverse show, and a fun time. "
