"8/10 🌟 First anime I ever watched. I love anime and mystery stories so this kinda came together. I really enjoyed it even if it took me over a year to finish 🤷♀️ (sorry lol)! But I did finish it and I am saddened with the ending! It was not what I expected AT ALL! I had a love-hate relationship with the characters and it did not fail to impress me! It definitely binge-watch worthy even though I clearly didn’t do anything near that! "

"Loved it. Just a very entertaining anime especially for someone just. Starting I loved light and seeing how long and what he could get away with. L is so cool. Lights laugh at the end was probably my favorite scene in the entire show."

"This is the second anime I’ve ever watched, I don’t even really like anime but this, this is different. The story and the cunning of main characters is something you won’t see in other shows. Anime fan or not just watch it."

"Absolute classic. A very strong anime, and although many say the second half of the show is weaker, I definitely would still recommend it to anyone getting into anime for the first time. Sub and Dub are great. "
