"Very good show! It’s an intriguing show about witches and an ancient prophecy with beautiful New Orleans backdrops. If you haven’t read the books like me it can be a bit confusing mainly in the beginning but if you watch the clip at the end of each episode that gives a deeper insight from the show runner you will get a clearer picture of what’s going on. I would highly recommend for sci-fi fantasy lovers."

"I haven’t read the source material, was always more interested in the vampires, so I have no frame of reference for anything that’s going on. Saying that, I find the main character incredibly frustrating and unsympathetic. I don’t understand her motivation. At one point, she goes full Gollum. I’ve been watching the inside the episodes at the end of each episode, and the show runner breaks down what’s going on and details the character’s actions, and every time I think how unclear that came across. "

"Convoluted. If you need an episode description at the end of each episode (and they do) then you havent done a good job at portraying the story. Theres all this raving about the empowerment of women but they all get their power from men or are moved by men. Every decision the main character makes she fights tooth and nail to get and then flips back on. The whole babe in the woods thing is over played. Good acting but it's like half the information was taken out of the storyline to create "mystery" and just ended up missing the mark. One of the characters decides suddenly out of no where that they're part of a side quest and apart from him constantly telling people, theres no evidence or rationalization that makes it true."

"Got thru 5 eps of 1sr season and couldn’t take it anymore. It’s so damn cheesy. How did this show get renewed for 2nd season? How?"
