"I followed this story when it broke and the whole thing was heartbreaking. So much of it is reminiscent of the Doomsday Cult mom and it makes me so scared that these kids could have ended up the same as the others. Lucky to be alive but a lot of trauma that they’ll need to live with now. "

"I’m just a month younger than Chad (the eldest son). I watched the channel when I was younger, and as I got older I realized how weird ruby truly was. I followed along with it until finally she was arrested. This story is so heartbreaking and I can’t even imagine the pain those children were in."
