"this show is putting up a good fight for the number 1 spot in my list of all time faves. i absolutely adore this. a perfect dramedy, showing the film/tv industry in a way that pokes fun at it but also cherishes it. i want to write essays on each flawed, beautiful character. this show inspired me. it realized my dream of writing/directing for tv someday. i’ve never longed to sit in a writer’s room more than watching this show. i hope to make something as brilliant one day. i don’t like to dream big but maybe this show proves it’s okay to do that. there are people out there making funny, poignant stuff and i can be part of it one day. "
