"I'm not sure what I expected from this but it wasn't what I got. Despite that I liked what it did. It felt good and heartwarming despite the sadness that seems to overtake the aura of the show. The character grows throughout and his relationships truly make the show shine. I love the teacher far too much he is easily my favorite. However, I never finished this. It pops up in my memory bank from time to time but I never watched it all the way through. In spite of everything, I look on this show fondly. There truly is something heartwarming about it that sticks with me. "

"Just finished season 2 of this drama. I think I enjoyed S2 a little more, because they leaned more into what I liked about S1, which is the character development and character exploration chapters. Having a character soliloquize with imagery to go along with the monologue probably isn't for everyone, but it was so gorgeously done, with each character having such different motivations and thoughts, that I loved it (when it didn't drag). Kiriyama was also less static in this season. "
