The new medical director breaks the rules to heal the system at America's oldest public hospital. Max Goodwin sets out to tear up the bureaucracy and provide exceptional care, but the doctors and staff are not so sure he can succeed. They've heard this before. Not taking "no" for an answer, Dr. Goodwin's instinctive response to problems large and small is four simple words: "How can I help?" "I like the funnyness thanks to Dr Frome and Dr Kapoor. I like Dr Reynolds too (tho he's too serious, like Forman in House M.D. But it's okay!). I find Dre Bloom too polished. Something is missing, some spark or real drama. Maybe it'll come (I'm just on season 1).
However, i already feel it's looping and always the same story already. And we can already see, since their first interaction actually, that's something will happen between goodwin and the onco (only character i really dislike). I hope I'm wrong but I've seen too many drama shows. I'm sad cause i liked his wife, she's nice and cute. But i guess it's a drama show so..... Time will tell once I'm all caught up!
Overall, nice funny-drama-medical show. Not very original and not the best for my taste. But still a good choice if you're looking for a new medical show. "
