*Luna Layla*The first book is enemy's to lovers, but the whole series is really good. Spice level is super low compared to others and honestly completely skip able without affecting the plot

Magatha KhristieThe enemies to lovers dynamic is delightfully one sided but the heroine is oblivious to the fact due to her preconceptions about the hero. No spice either here or in book 2 (Court Duel, also recommended)

Magatha KhristieNo detailed depictions of sex but the heroine has suffered sexual assault and rape (before the story starts, not by the hero) and there is a rather harrowing but not explicit memory scene or two of it and one "implied sexual content" scene between the hero and heroine towards the end.

Magatha KhristieMarried couple who used to be madly in love then became "enemies" of a sort due to some half truths and a misunderstanding. They're still in love but the wife tries to provoke reactions from her husband by treating him like a fool and the husband believes his wife is a traitor who hates him so he desperately tries to hide his adoration of her since he thinks she doesn't deserve it and would hate him for it even if she did deserve it. Lots of dramatic romantics but no spice.
