I've long said that I wished Disney actually WOULD do a live-action version of Lloyd Alexander's The Chronicles of Prydain (the basis for their animated film The Black Cauldron). However, I've never really dug to see if that was in the works, as it's never been on any release schedules. Well, it turns out that Disney actually renewed the rights in 2016 with the goal of producing a live-action adaptation. This was 9 years ago, but it's still within the realm of possibility!

Happy Star Wars Day, and May the 4th be with you! What's your best Star Wars-related memory that doesn't directly relate to watching one of the shows or movies? It could be WHO you watched a certain movie with or the circumstances under which you watched it. It could be meeting a star or something that happened at a convention. It could be when you learned they were finally making another movie. It could be a trailer that caught your imagination. Anything!

Are there any major differences I should be aware of between Full Metal Alchemist and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood? I started watching brotherhood, because I assume it is probably the same as the original just better animation. My brother told me that brotherhood is terrible and I should watch the original instead. What is the difference? Why does it matter?

I so wanted to love everything about this film and give it 5 stars, but it's not really there. (Insert sad face here) The story is well told and well acted, but I went in expecting a horror and wound up feeling so heart broken through out. I connected with the creature a little too deeply and that left the ending weak and incomplete for me. 3/5 stars

A slow burn, pet cemetery-esque folk story, with a dash of Don't Look Now. This esoteric film with all the feels of a 60/70s thriller, leading you through a heartbreaking story, twisting and turning into a gut wrenching wtf ending. 4/5

It seems that no one has any opinions on Gundam, so let's talk about another mecha franchise. How do you feel about Code Geass and its movies, including the sequel to the original story, Lelouch of the Resurrection? As a jumping-off point, feel free to talk about the franchise's depictions of war; power; conquest; human nature; strategy; the narrative; the characters; or anything else about which you would like to talk.

How good is this series? On paper I should love this I love dark and gritty crime dramas or thrillers especially going into the mind of the criminal but I still haven't watched this. I'm just not typically a fan of the typical police procedural like every episode a new case or killer I like when it's one season to follow killer it's more believable imo, but would you suggest this show to someone who does love a good crime drama? Broadchurch. Dublin Murders. The Fall. The Wire, Shield I love...

Did anybody watch the new episode of Handmaid’s Tale? What a great feeling that was for me. Omg I'm so vindicated for never liking or trusting Nick since Season 1! I always knew, no matter what he did for June, that something was off. Now, after six seasons, my suspicions have come full circle. Like even during this episode I just keep saying to myself god I hate Nick and it started to feel like maybe something is wrong with me lol but the episode ending like that was all I needed #HandmaidsTale

Is the Hype behind this show deserved? Everyone seems to love this, I'm not usually a person who watches these shows like ER was a pass for me. Greys Anatomy was ok for a couple seasons I'm not that much into the soap opera like drama shows like this bring I'm More of a thriller suspense whodunnit guy but is this still worth checking out? I mean I did like Gray's Anatomy for awhile until cast started changing crazy.

This is bad in every way. Production, Acting, Cinematography. However it is entertaining. Not for the faint at heart though. R rating for weird sexual content.

I'm always curious about this question. So ever since I was little, I have never liked Home Alone since I found it very mean spirited due to Kevin's horrible family. I don't like watching Christmas movies that can be very mean spirited since I want to watch the movies to be cheerful and happy for Christmas, not be depressed or angered by it. So it surprise me that not only do people love it but consider it a Christmas classic. So I must ask why everyone loves the movie despite how cruel it is?
