SO GOOD! The comedy landed, the storyline was exciting, and the acting was superb. I was thoroughly entertained from beginning to end. I do hate that I knew what the plot was kind of about because of the advertising. This movie could have had an awesome twist had the advertising not given it away. Besides that, the movie as a whole is a fun ride! Definitely see it when you have the chance.
Topic: The Killing Kind
This is based out of the UK really good show if you can find it I'm in the us and use a movie site and watched it but I'd recommend this if you can, a lawyer depends a stalker creepish man and he reentered her life and she is trying to get him out of her life I believe it's based off a book of the same name... https://youtube.com/watch?v=32fbgdElVSA
Topic: Misery
Such a classic! Kathy Bates is incredible in this! She plays such a good crazy lunatic. My only negative on the movie is the pig... I understand that it's in there to show just how obsessed she is with his books, but the pig doesn't add anything to the story other than that. Besides that one little critique, I think this movie is great from start to finish. I hope there is never a remake of it. Misery needs to stay untouched. It is perfect the way it is!
Topic: Carry-On
Carry-On is a Netflix thriller starring Taron Egerton, Sofia Carson, and Jason Bateman set for a December 13 release. It's set at LAX on Christmas Eve, and tells the story of a TSA agent who receives threats from a terrorist that he says can only be averted by allowing some sort of package through the carry-on lane.
Topic: Godzilla Minus One
The next Godzilla movie in the Japanese line has just been announced! Takashi Yamazaki returns from Minus One as writer, director, and visual effects supervisor. Given the global hit's cliffhanger ending, could that film be getting a sequel? Could Godzilla Minus Two be hitting theaters in 2025?
Topic: Speak No Evil
The original version of Speak No Evil with James Mcavoy. I highly recommend this film even if you have seen the new version recently released in theaters. It's a bit of a different telling of the story, darker and more sinister like any good ol' fairy tale told in its original European form. 5/5 stars
Topic: Leave the World Behind
I found this movie very frustrating, to say the least. I definitely think it is worth a watch, but there is A LOT that is left unanswered. Why was the boat such a big scene, but then barely mentioned? Why is a blackout causing animals to herd? Why is there radiation? Why do the owners of the house act suspicious when there is nothing of them to be suspicious about? I have many more questions... the premise is great, but maybe looked better on paper. What do you think? Comment π

Who else is watching this Psychological Drama/Survival Thriller/Horror? Yes it's bloody and gut-wrenching and not for the faint of heart. I find it quite thought-provoking. What would I do in a kill or be killed...or be killed for food situation? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this show.

I thought this movie was a fun watch. I was entertained from the beginning to the end. I personally did not love the writing. It never seemed to sound natural, and I thought the acting was a bit off at times. I did enjoy the storyline. I thought the concept of the movie was a great idea, it made me think a bit. I recommend this movie to anyone looking for a good thriller. Especially to those that like the movie Ready or Not.

Ummm... what?? I was confused through the whole movie. I enjoy artsy films, but this was a little too artsy. The filming was gorgeous, but unfortunately that is the only positive I have for it. The acting was monotone, the storyline was confusing, and it was overall BORING. I don't recommend this movie, but if you want to see a slow paced psychological thriller, then I guess this is an option.
