The Hitchhikers

An evangelist came into my life and led me to the door of salvation in about ten minutes-I knew I had a decision to make. After saying the sinner's prayer I could not believe what had just happened. WOW, are you kidding me, the Holy Spirit was inside of me and I was in the presence of God for the first time in my thirty six years of life. I knew I had to shout it as loud as I could to everyone who didn't know about being born again. And shout it I did to both family and friends. A job change forced me to drive one hundred and fifty miles round trip every day to work and during that time the Lord gave me a hitch hiking ministry that lasted over six years. It was such a blessing to enter into a stranger's heart and bring the salvation plan to them. Even if they rejected it, I was in the center of God's will. It is my hope that my adventures in evangelizing and encouraging conversations with the Lord will inspire you to pick up your sickle and go into Gods harvest field and start witnessing to people with the intension of bringing them into the Kingdom of the Lord.
